Build a Bee House Program at Forrest Tech
Thursday, March 20, 10 AM - 12 PM

Join us at the Forrest Career and Technology Center to educate high school students about pollinators and native bee species. Nurture Natives is partnering with Wild Ones Chesapeake Bay to take part in the Build a Bee House Program, sponsored by Wild Ones National and Crown Bees.

Annual Cherry Blossom Festival at Lexington Manor Passive Park
Saturday, March 29, 12 PM - 4 PM

Join us at the Cherry Blossom Festival at Lexington Manor Passive Park to learn about native gardening, winter sowing, and growing your own seedlings! Hosted by St. Mary’s County Government’s Department of Recreation & Parks, this free annual event offers fun for the whole family, featuring local vendors, community organizations, interactive activities, demonstrations, food trucks, and more!

Discover how to grow native species and get a chance to take home free seedlings! This event is held in partnership with Wild Ones Chesapeake Bay.
