Join the Team
At Nurture Natives, we empower young people to take action for the environment while developing leadership skills that last a lifetime. As part of our National Executive Team, you’ll have the opportunity to design and lead projects, inspire your peers, and make a tangible impact on biodiversity in your community and around the world. Whether through hands-on initiatives, virtual programs, or creative campaigns, you’ll help shape a global movement for native species and environmental stewardship.

What You'll Gain
As a member of the Nurture Natives Team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects, make executive decisions, and help shape programs that empower youth and restore biodiversity globally. Team members gain hands-on leadership experience, connect with like-minded changemakers worldwide, and contribute to initiatives like seedling giveaways, native garden projects, and pollinator advocacy.
This is your chance to amplify your impact, build professional and community networks, and develop skills that will serve you for life.

Younger participants, ages 13–14, are welcome to join as junior ambassadors or project assistants with guidance from older team members. Adults 24+ are invited to serve as advisors and mentors, providing support and expertise while keeping youth leadership at the forefront.
